SCCM and Intune Administrator | 4 to 6 years | PAN India

Job Description

• Manage end to end Intune Software deployment as a service including release, distribution and the installation of packaged software
• Intune / SCCM software deployment for Wks and Servers
• Conducts requirement analysis, license acquisition
• Achieve service efficiency through automation
• Ensures adherence of established policies and procedures
• Provides management reports on release progress
• Service release and deployment policy and planning
• Deals with release package design, build and configuration
• Deals with release package testing and acceptance including business sign off
• Deals with service roll out planning including method of deployment
• Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams
• Deals with communication, preparation and training
• Develop an application patch, and update deployment strategy

Primary Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with software configuration management and release engineering concepts & practices
• In-depth knowledge in Intune, SCCM 2012, Company Portal/Software Center
• Knowledge in Windows 11, Windows 10 and Server 2012/2016 and 2022 Operating Systems
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP

Secondary Skills

• Software Packaging automation tools, Basic VB and Power shell Scripting skills
• Prior experience in Service Management and KPIs
• Excellent verbal, written Communication & presentation skills
