Job Description

• Had Managed team of 30-40 peoples.
• Candidate must have led at led 4  to 5 Projects as a PM and Scrum Master (both are required skills)
• Candidate should have at least 3 to 4 yrs of AM Project experience and should be experienced in managing AM Projects
• Should be ready to work on Support Project and in second shift
• Must have ability to manage client and lead on Functional and technical front  to guide and mentor development team.
• Excellent soft skills and client facing experience.
• Good to have knowledge in J2EE.
• Must have good experience in estimations and delivery using Agile scrum life cycle.

Primary Skills

• Candidate must be CSM & PMP Certified
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Project management experience
• Background in sales and customer service is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented approach

Secondary Skills

• Candidate should be at least EM1 Certified
