Job Description

• We are looking for a Senior Business Leader (Director/ Senior Director) to work with our clients to navigate the landscape of constantly advancing technology and continuous disruption in the High-Tech industry, to partner with our existing and new High-Tech clients to help them emerge as leaders of this digital revolution, repositioning their business to realize the future
• The India Semis SME will work closely and partner with the global semis trend leader and report into the IIP Head
• This leader owns the industry, strategy, marketing, partnerships, sales, and all go-to- market functions for the Hi-Tech business across the Geo/ market there by generating incremental revenue streams/Business for 3 pillars of Capgemini High-Tech. Namely: Semiconductors, where we help building a full-stack, chip-to-industry ecosystems
• We help develop industry-specific applications, Platform companies, where we extend the boundaries of their world, across the industries, to reach new industries, unlock new use cases, and break into new markets
• A Hi-Tech Business Leader with Solid foundation of Electronics & IT ecosystem. Highly preferable A Technology sales leader from the Semicon industry with min 18+ Years Experience in enabling and selling to Tech / OEM/ISV /Global S.I Ecosystem
• Capable of Blueprinting a business vision, strategy, and technology roadmaps

Primary Skills

• Must possess a deep technology anchor and a strong understanding of Semicon market trends, global supply chains, and Market opportunity for the country / Geo
• Extensive experience in Intelligence of Tech. manufacturing in the region & Experience of (product) Design-Wins with OEM and ODM is preferable
• Solid understanding of Hi-Tech /Mega Semicon Players /opportunities in the region /Country
