Job Description

• Manage and enhance our Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution that provides management of secrets (e.g., passwords, tokens, keys) in a global IT environment.

• Manages, evolves, and maintains the operating system, application, and database of our enterprise instance of Delinea Secret Server PAM solution.

• Experience in managing users and groups, Discovery scans, Onboarding and offboarding accounts, Policy modifications, template modifications.

• Upgrade and patching expertise, License and Certificate knowledge.

• User access issues, Primary DR replication issues resolution using ticketing tools.

• Actively participates in the technical mentoring, training, and education of team members. 

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

• Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in a professional environment.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with peers, managers, and clients.

• Must be able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team lead and project manager to give status update.

• Good to have experience in providing L2/L3 support.
