Job Description

• Workday Consultant who has expertise in Workday Talent Management Optimisation and Succession Planning with hands on implementation expertise
• Engaging talent in their career and developmental needs configuration of talent management features and tools to include talent management pools and succession plan
• Focusing development of individuals to meet future business needs Ability to multi task effectively Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation regression testing and end user acceptance testing
• Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements process flows system configuration and test plans Workday Consultants need skills in Communication Time Management Organization Problem Solving and Technology
• Self motivated highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Ability to exercise confidentiality tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology business processes and systems implications
