Job Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Value Generating Roadmap to deliver business impact and productivity by leveraging process expertise, technology offerings and Lean Six Sigma 
  • Liaise and extensively work with stakeholders and internal teams (sales, transformation, practice, operations, etc) to align and deliver on client priorities
  • Apply design thinking concepts and framework for addressing key business challenges by involving multiple parties –both internal and external 
  • Support identification, scoping and chartering of new projects along with effort estimation
  • Initiate, organize, and give training by using CI methodology and tools (to ensure all employees understand the concept of CI and Lean Six Sigma)
  • Organize regular meetings with key stakeholders (i.e. project sponsors, champions) to share CI progress against the targets/goals set during the year
  • Identify, manage, and lead quality projects across multiple functional teams across all verticals
  • Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma quality in conjunction with the Operating leaders and Quality Champions
  • Conduct lean and green belt training programs for the operations team
  • Coach and support the development of Green-Belt projects to ensure delivery of continuous improvement within their specific business areas
  • Drive the rigor around Visual Management Systems (VMS) and drive Value Stream Maps (VSM) for all processes and projects along with FMEAs
  • Identify potential process improvement projects and measure or quantify value realization from projects undertaken to show business impact realized

Primary Skills

  • Good understanding in Consumer Product space/FMCG
  • Domain knowledge in Supply chain management, Demand planning, Supply planning, Material planning, or Bill to cash (O2C), Trade promotion management, MDM and Order Management 
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams working in a diverse multi-cultural environment
  • Highly effective stakeholder management skills

Secondary Skills

  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills 
  • Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
  • Ability to negotiate and influence decisions
  • Large analytical data capacity
  • Make presentations for leadership team 
  • Driven process improvement initiatives in SCM and F&A space
