• 8-13 years of progressive Automotive plus Consulting work experience with good knowledge of Automotive sales/ marketing/ aftersales value chain
• Proficiency in the following areas –
  • Digital transformation and sales transformation in areas like sales/marketing/after-sales/ parts for Automotive industry
  • Strategy related to Connected vehicle/ services, Electric vehicle, Charging infrastructure.
  • CRM, DMS applications selection and implementation for automotive
  •  Advanced Analytics for automotive

Primary Skills

• Consulting – Automotive consulting to OEMs and Suppliers in India
• Project Delivery & Execution: Lead/ manage client digital transformation projects or parts of large projects.
• Automotive Practice Development: Create winning proposals, Develop POVs/ thoughtleadership to grow the Invent brand in the Indian market.

Secondary Skills

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and resolving conflict.
• Strong presentation skills (CXO level) and strong analytical skills
• Education - MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 B-school.
