In this exciting context, we are looking for Ethics lead for our India operations. The candidate must be a qualified lawyer, having Degree of Law (LL.B.) from a reputed university, and should have a post qualification experience of at-least 10-12years with a specific focus on managing ethics function, investigations, training in a reputed organisation preferably in IT/ITES sector. The candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience in ethics framework, handle ethical dilemma, strong appetite to work in an international environment and a sense of pedagogy.
 

Primary Skills


•    Management and implementation of ethics guidelines for India and ensure a coordinated and consistent approach.

•    Promptly conduct investigations of any wrongdoing and prepare reports, summary for decision making process. 

•    Should be aware and must have handled cases under Prevention of Sexual harassment act and other matter of grievances. 

•    Robust reporting mechanism for line management and senior management on a regular basis to ensure they are up to date in terms of existing risks and their related management,

•    Ethical due diligence for new countries, acquisitions and third-party assessment as required

•    Advise and manage as needed on issues of ethical dilemma, business situations, conflict management

•    ensure all records and documents are maintained for audit and review purposes,

•    participate in community of ethics team across different geographies and maintain a supporting team spirit,

•    Orchestrate a harmonized and proactive communication and training within the organisation in relation to ethics matters and create initiatives and events to promote ethical culture within the organisation

•    Represent Capgemini India in different conferences and external events.

•    Supervisory skills to manage team.
