Job Description

• Lead the technical design and implementation of CCM solutions, considering client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality CCM projects within specified timelines.
• Provide technical expertise in designing templates, workflows, and document composition using CCM tools and platforms.
• Conduct analysis of client needs and develop customized CCM solutions to meet business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in CCM to continuously enhance our technical capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members on CCM best practices and technical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in CCM implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCM systems and processes.
• Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including presenting technical solutions to clients and contributing to proposal development.

Primary Skills

•  Proven experience as a Technical Lead in CCM projects, with a strong understanding of document composition, workflow design, and template development.
• Proficiency in CCM tools such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, or similar platforms.
• Solid programming skills, preferably in languages like Java, JavaScript, or C#.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
