SAP HCM Payroll (Implementation ) | 8 to 10 Years | Mumbai

Job Description

  • SAP HR Payroll Consultant with min 8 to 10 Years of experience in SAP Payroll.   
  • Good communication skills and should have worked in client facing roles. Technical Skill required.                   
  • Hands on experience on SAP OM PA module.                  
  • Legislative knowledge on any country preferably APAC region Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, or Thailand.                   
  • Should have experience in integration of Payroll with Time Management.
  • Designing of Pay scale structure Payroll Area Creation of custom Wage types based on client requirement.                 
  • Good understanding on Processing class, Cumulation class, Evaluation class and Payroll related features. Experience in designing Payslip forms via PE51 and HR Forms. Understanding of Integration aspects of Payroll with Finance.                  
  • Good understanding of Payroll Log processing, Good knowledge on designing custom PCRs and Schemas based on client’s requirement, Having well understanding of year end activity and HR support pack upgrade.   
  • Good at client co-ordination communication interpersonal and problem-solving skill. 
  • Have experience in working with team and mentoring them.
  • Good understanding for Incident, Problem ticket, change Service request and Project implementation. 
  • Good to have knowledge on Time or PA OM.

Primary Skill
