• Understanding of System Centre Operations Manager 2012 2016 2019
• Developing monitors rules discoveries diagnostic and or recovery tasks views dashboards Setting up new SCOM environment
• Implementing Update rollup on old SCOM versions
• Install SCOM patches released by Microsoft Import and Install New Management Packs MP Creation deployment of Override Management Packs Integrate Product connectors with ticketing systems
• Install New Agents in windows Linux Monitor SCOM Console Setup New Management Groups Assistance with other Application teams with MP
• Create User Roles in SCOM Console Create Notifications Channels Subscribers Subscriptions Dual Multihoming of agents
• Create Distributed Application groups Working with vendors Creating Reports Report Scheduling
