ServiceNow Developer | 6 to 12 Years | Pune, Hyderabad & Chennai

Job Description

• Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.
• Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases.
•  Provide Subject Matter Expertise
• Consult with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Execute technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow technical subject matter expert.
•  Coach/advise other team members as required.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow release and new capabilities.
• Participate in ServiceNow forums and communities. 

Primary Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ developer/technical delivery experience

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on ServiceNow development/technical experience

• Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in Current ServiceNow Certifications including at least CSA and CIS Software Asset Management

• Experience using JavaScript, CSS and HTML

Secondary Skills

• Tertiary degree qualification in a relevant discipline
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology
