SAP ABAP HR consultant with prior experience of working on logical database infotypes Experienced in developing Reports using Logical databases in SAP HCM 

Good knowledge in programming user specific improvements modifications user exits reports forms screens in HCM Good understanding of payroll Time data and experience in reading payroll Time results from cluster tables 

Good ABAP skills in Data Dictionary Dialog programming ALV reporting RFCs BADI User Exits Open SQL Performance tuning etc Knowledge and experience in developing Enhancements Payroll Functions Operations Features etc in HCM Creation and enhancement of Infotypes in Personnel Administration PA Knowledge and Experience in Web dynpros Webservices Adobe forms HR Forms including scripts Workflow design and programming Knowledge HCM processes and forms desirable 

Providing support for upgrades and modifications work along with technical implementation of SAP Notes Correcting debugging problems caused by non standard code Maintain technical documentation according to the best process practices Basic understanding of PA PY PT Cluster tables etc Provide effective concise timely and consistent verbal and written communications to peers stakeholders and management Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal Team Management skills
