Job Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments. 
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality. 
• Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience. 
• Deploy and manage virtualized applications through Citrix App Layering or other technologies. 
• Collaborate with application owners to ensure compatibility and seamless delivery. 
• Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments. 
• Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews. 
• Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 3 support. 
• Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches. 
• Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed. 
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
