Job Description

• Global Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager should be an expert in IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Services with toolset and knowledge of integrations.
• Should be aware of integration of monitoring tools for event management and automation.
• Should be well versed with ITIL Processes and Monitoring Concepts.
• Should be aware of Budget, Project and Vendor Management.
• Should have lead a team of 5-10 members.
• Should have an expertise to deliver customer's monitoring requirement and provide consultation based on the best possible solution.
• Should be proficient and have at least 5+ years working experience on Monitoring Tools Like Dynatrace SaaS, ScienceLogic tools as primary requirements.
• Alternately Appdynamics, New Relic, Microfocus tools experience can be considered.

Primary Skills

• Knowledge of any ITSM tool and good in communication

Secondary Skills

• Should have a basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Services
• Understanding of ITSM Processes with Agile Methodology
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deal with mutiple stakeholders for monitorujng requirements, ongoing enhancements in monitoring
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively.
• Should have handled large monitoring tools setup and migrations to new tools in previous assignments. Experience in GSI Domain(Global System Integrator) is added advantage
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
