Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead | 15+ years | PAN India

Primary Skill

• 18+ years of strong experience in design, analysis, development, and implementation of various Oracle HCM Cloud applications including at-least 5-6+ years of experience as a specialist in Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management (including Taleo), Absence Management, Compensation and Payroll (US/UK)
• Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security and other required configurations.
• Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels.
• Ability to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR
• Ability to develop and prepare scripts for Data migration/Interfaces to Taleo using Taleo Connect Client (TCC).
• Appropriate Cloud certification(s) will be a must and will carry a weightage.
• Ability to mentor and groom team /competencies.
• Onsite-offshore working experience will be a big-plus.
• Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Experience in System Integration and user acceptance testing of the solution from Functional aspect.
• Should have good understanding of Procurement & Finance table structure.
• Must have good understanding of OUM model.
• Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution.
• Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality.

Secondary Skill

Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of strong experience in Oracle HCM domain.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Appropriate Cloud certification(s) will be a must and will carry a weightage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
