Remote Desktop support | 6 to 12 years | Mumbai & Bengaluru

Job Description

  • experience in Remote Support Solutions.
  • VDI’s Administration experience will be adding advantage. Microsoft certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environments
  • Need multi-tasking & resolves complex incidents and requests related to – One drive, google drive, SSO, O365, Printers & end user issues.
  • Assist end users with their endpoint devices.
  • Troubleshoot corporate applications (MS Office Suite, Enterprise supported browsers, Java Plug-ins )
  • Knowledge of AV Scan
  • Serves as a point of escalation for major incidents that are unresolved at the helpdesk level.
