Job Description

• Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module.
• 5 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation.
• Experience 8 years of experience in HR HCM projects.
• Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies data and reporting.
• Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs.
• Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution.
• Design Configuration workbook giving Proof of Concepts Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
