- 5 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation.
- Experience 8 years of experience in HR HCM projects.
- Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies data and reporting.
- Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs.
- Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution.
- Design Configuration workbook giving Proof of Concepts Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
