Job Description Sound knowledge in MS Office 2010 and above Excellent written oral communication and interpersonal skills Strong initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a dynamic environment Disciplined and professional work ethics Work in conjunction with the Release management Test Deploy Local Support team Effectively efficiently manage workload via ServiceNow to achieve set SLAs Completing daily weekly tasks as required and preparing reports over it Appropriate and timely escalation of incidents Contribute in Knowledge management Distribute and share the knowledge through training programs portal and brain storming sessions Responsible for harvesting knowledge ideas generated Responsible for submitting to the Knowledge Base Owner Able to identify and critically assess the value of knowledge in the organization Manage information time tasks processes and goals Access filter analyze accumulate store communicate and apply knowledge Able to better collaborate in a dynamic and virtual team environment Communication collaboration and information management technologies effectively to navigate the information and knowledge environment Required Skills Good knowledge and experience of ServiceNow Understands the underlying principles processes enabling tools and technologies Excellent verbal and written skills Should also work in shifts.
