Job Description

• Hands on experience in implementation initiatives.
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow module like ITSM
• Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript / HTML / CSS / AJAX/ Angular/ Bootstrap / Jelly Script.
• Proficient in Client Side and Server-Side, Scripting, Record Producers, Workflow, Wizards, Reporting, Best Practices.
• Experience of working in Agile framework.

Primary Skills

• ServiceNow ITSM with CSA OR CAD Certifications in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Migration/Integration
• Scripting experience - JavaScript/Client Script/Server Script

Secondary Skills

• Record Procedures
• ITIL Framework & Workflow
