Job Description

• Total 6 years of IT experience with 3 years of managing MS W365 Win 11 Cloud PC 
• Strong in technologies like Win Cloud PC Windows Virtual Desktop and Azure VDI 
• Strong in administering VDI environment like AVDI and or Citrix on cloud 
• Strong in Win 10 and Win 11 OS administration and troubleshooting issues to resolution Proficient in W365 cloud PC license management deployment of W365 Cloud PC 
• Good understanding of Network Protocols ie vNET and other related to troubleshoot user related issues on accessibility of W365 PC 
• Good knowledge on custom DNS servers necessary routing and firewall rule setting Good working knowledge on Azure AD 
• Strong in application deployment methods in W365 PC 
• Strong in MS Intune administration and MS Endpoint Manager 
• Good in Patch Management process for End user workstations 
• Should be capable of creating SOPs work instructions and processes related to this technology 
• Should effectively communicate on Major Incident situations 
• Capable to handle mass deployment of profiles for W365 PC 
• Good knowledge on ITIL framework and ITILv4 Willing to work in 24x7 operating model
