Job Description

• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Server 2003,2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 related issues. 
• Require knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, & DHCP monitoring & management.
• Require knowledge on windows server patching & windows failover clustering.
• Working knowledge of installing and troubleshooting windows application, server roles & feature.
• Experience in troubleshooting VMware infrastructure. 
• Require knowledge on VMware Snapshots, Clone. Server migration etc. 
• Experience in troubleshooting Citrix VDI issue
• Experience in configuration of Virtual App/XenDesktop 
• Knowledge of Citrix, XenApp/XenServer, XenDesktop/Provisioning Services/NetScaler /Web interface /Storefront.
• Knowledge of ITIL process & IT service management.
• Candidate should be willing to work in a shift based 24*7 environment.
