• Good Knowledge on Zabbix Monitoring TOOL   
• Good Knowledge on Pager Duty Tool   
• Should be aware of all parameters that need to be set at Server Database Application  network level    
• Creating,  Deleting,  Modifying different monitoring policies to avoid correct monitoring and avoid false alerts
