Zabbix and Grafana Admin SME | 9 to 12 years | Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru

Job Description

• Should have good hands-on experience in setting up and creating Grafana Dashboards using different types of Data sources.
• Correcting or Modifying the existing Dashboards as per user requirement.
• Good hands-on experience in Grafana Upgradation.
• Experience in integrating Grafana with different tools like Zabbix, Databases, PagerDuty, Dynatrace etc
• Proactive monitoring of infrastructure via Zabbix monitoring solution.
• Escalations and follow up with other technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain documentation , Reports for identified tasks.
• On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts as per Incident management process.

Primary Skills

• Sound knowledge on architecture of Zabbix and Grafana tools.
• In depth experience in installing , configuring and maintaining Grafana.
• Experience in Data visualization and creating Grafana Dashboards to display time-based data plots.
• Administration knowledge on configuring monitoring for numerous parameters of Network, Servers, Virtual appliance, applications, services, databases, websites, cloud etc
• Experience in integrating Zabbix to other 3rd party tool.
• Use of Scripts in Zabbix environment.

Secondary Skills

• Experience in creation, modification of monitoring templates, items and notifications.
• Thorough knowledge on SNMP and API based monitoring on Zabbix
• Hands on experience in the day-to-day operations, Repair of Zabbix crash, Zabbix DB issues and Performance tuning.
