Contact Center Specialist I 3 to 5 Years I Noida

Job Description

  • Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR).
  • Capable to capturing denials.
  • Appeal to insurances for pending claims.
  • End to End knowledge of RCM (revenue cycle management) process.

Primary Skills

  • 2-3 years’ Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process.
  • Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.

Secondary Skills

  • Willing to work in 24/7 environment.
  • Open to Work from Office.
