Job Description

• eLearning Senior Developers work closely with our clients, project managers, and instructional and graphic designers to create better learning experiences that are deeply immersive and visually explosive!
• Your core responsibilities include managing multiple projects at once; teaching associate and contract developers best practices; taking the lead over and developing Level 3 and Tier 4 projects; helping scope projects; and promoting technology and solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and engagement. You will demonstrate exemplary leadership skills in managing, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• The candidate needs to have knowledge on-VR/AR, interactive video, xAPI, and LRS capabilities, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, video editing and HTML/CSS/Javascript (Front-end technologies).
• Competencies in multiple authoring tools, graphic design, video, and instructional design, learning management systems.
• Demonstrated success as an eLearning leader. Professional certificates related to graphic design or eLearning design.
• Advanced computer literacy and applications.
• Builds rapport with clients and creates opportunities for future projects.
