Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and architectural expertise in SAP HCM solutions. This role requires extensive Experience in SAP HCM, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive innovation and excellence in solution design.
Purpose and Role:
- Manage engagement on a day to day basis: scope management, estimate to complete, client, budget and ensure a proper management reporting
- Accountable for delivery to expectation, both Capgemini’s and Client’s
Primary Skills
Minimum of 20 years of experience in SAP HCM solution architecture, implementation, and project management across diverse industries.
Extensive expertise in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP HCM transformation initiatives from concept to completion.
Strong understanding of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
Certification in SAP HCM solution architecture is required

- EM certification (minimum level 1)
- Proven track record in operational management and in project delivery
- Ability to manage customer crisis
- Communication and people management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in delivering in India market, and to public sector bank
- Experience in delivering SAP HCM
- Expected Band / Grade: E1
