Job Description

• Knowledge and practical experience of NetApp technologies ONTAP 9 10
• Storage System administration functionality and exploitation
• Assessments Health Checks installation cabling troubleshooting Hands on experience of NetApp hardware platforms in particular FAS A C series
• Tooling experience AIQUM SystemsManager CloudInsight OCUM DFS configuration and management AV configuration and troubleshooting 
• Responsible for storage lifecycle management including the installation, decommission, and capacity management of our ONTAP and 7-Mode storage controllers. 
• Automating ONTAP configurations
• Designing storage service levels
• Adopting the hybrid cloud (Data Fabric)
• Demystifying NetApp Private Storage (NPS) for the hybrid cloud (NPS, Data Fabric)
• Replacing tape backup with cloud and object storage
• Overcoming data protection challenges 
• Extensive experience and in depth knowledge of ONTAP 7 mode and C Mode iSCSI NFS CIFS SAN technologies
• Snap manager for Oracle and exchange Snapmirror SnapVault Flexclone
• Design and implement Netapp storage systems including installation configuration software upgrades and storage provisioning
• Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues with storage systems Fibre Channel SAN and IP storage networking
• Experience in NetApp NFS management
• Experience in Aggregate Volume Qtree and LUN management
• Experience in troubleshooting performance issues on the filers by collecting Core Dump and Perfstats
• Hands on experience in patch and firmware update
• Hands on experience on NetApp Administration CIFS NFS LUN creation allocation and de allocation
• Management maintenance and implementation of NetApp arrays
