3- 5 years Business Analyst experience in Contact center projects

Business Analyst experience in Contact center projects

Customer Journey Mapping

User stories creation

Salesforce portion + someone with call center operations knowledge as well

1. Contact Center experience
2. Journey map and or use case creation
3. Ability to assist in ESOAR workshops and drive discussions
4. Good communication
