RPA Enterprise Architect

Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers.

· Perform code reviews and guide the team in implementing coding best practices.

· Have the capability to code and design (both framework and low level code) as the job demands. Should be 100% hands on.

· Lead productivity improvement plans in delivery through the involvement of the team.

· Create re-usable frameworks and components so that the delivery is facilitated.

· Strong ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of solutions.

· Should be a good team player and perform multi-tasking as the job demands.

· Create robust evaluation of tools, methods and process in the market so that the practice is at the forefront.

· Prior working on BFSI would be a plus across various global banks.

· Actively lead all pilots and implementations in determining the tools, process and methods.

· The ideal candidate should be a thought leader who can work with client architecture review board or the C-level leaders.
