Job Description
- Senior Business Analyst with 8 – 12 years of experience of working in Telecom industry In the B2C and B2B domains
- Ability to elicit, capture, analyze and document the business requirements, drive the workshops, understand the as-is process; understand issues with the processes which can be resolved either through technology or process solutions and design detail level to-be process i.e. order to activate, service fulfilment & assurance, trouble to resolve processes.
- Experience of Business Engagement, Stakeholder and Supplier Partner Management
- Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business requirements.
- Analyze functional requirements and constraints to develop optimal telecommunications solutions.
- Manage and lead telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Willing to relocate to any Capgemini office location as per business demand
Primary Skills
- Exposure to OSS/BSS, and functional areas such service fulfillment, billing, and customer care and good understanding of telecom value chain, markets, key technology as well as business trends, challenges in emerging vis-à-vis mature markets etc.
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (eTOM, SID, TM Forum).
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and DevOps practices.
Secondary Skills
- Certification in OSS/BSS technologies, TMForum, TOGAF is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Direct client facing experience is mandatory and international onsite experience is an advantage
