What you’ll do? 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed
  • Implement and configure Service Cloud features, such as case management, entitlements, and service-level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, components, and themes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and bugs.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and end-users

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.
  • Experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Service Cloud features, such as case management, entitlements, and service-level agreements
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, including page layouts, components, and themes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
