Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with IT to examine the current site’s wireframe and identify areas of improvement for optimal structure, workflow, editor access, and metric development to support future growth.

• Serve as site administrator, responsible for all technical specifications and back-end functionality, including staying abreast of and sharing new features with other site editors, as appropriate.

• Research and implement new and innovative Microsoft tools to measure employee engagement and site metrics.

• Collaborate and align with newsroom leadership to format and deliver company news and internal information based on our strategic editorial calendar, fed by stakeholders across the company. 

• Assist newsroom leadership in partnership with various corporate functions to generate excitement across the organization in support of Circana’s news, goals, priorities, and initiatives. 

Requirements 

• 4+ years in a role with experience building/managing a SharePoint-based intranet site
• Complete fluency in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially the technical end of SharePoint Online
• Experience working with Monday.com, Axios, and Jasper is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• English-language fluency required
• Understanding of best practices, tactics, and content types for successful employee engagement
