YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Opcenter MES Implementation Engineer, you will drive the successful deployment and optimization of manufacturing execution systems in regulated medical device environments, ensuring seamless integration between shop floor operations and enterprise systems.
- Opcenter System Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrading of Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics (V8.6/V2410). Develop detailed technical documentation for component installations and upgrade processes. Ensure optimal system performance in critical production environments
- Systems Integration and Interface Configuration: Design and implement interfaces between Opcenter MOM and Level 2 (OPC UA) and Level 4 (SAP) systems. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure accurate data transfer between systems. Optimize interface performance to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Data Management and Migrations: Execute master data and configuration migrations across environments (development, testing, production). Develop strategies to maintain data integrity during migrations. Implement and customize business rules, user queries, and class definitions (UDCD).
- Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure all implementations comply with GxP environment regulatory requirements. Collaborate with quality teams to maintain system validation according to medical industry regulations. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in existing workflows and configurations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Good conversational English skills (B2, C1, C2)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
- 8+ years of professional experience relevant to the role.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics (V8.6 or V2410), including component installations and application upgrades.
- Experience with Interface Configuration: Proven experience configuring Opcenter connect MOM interfaces with Level 2 systems (OPC UA) and Level 4 systems (SAP), ensuring reliable data exchange between manufacturing and enterprise layers.
- Experience performing master data and configuration migrations across different environments, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
- Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation for installations, configurations, and system integrations in compliance with industry standards.
- Understanding of regulated environments, including GxP requirements and validation frameworks for medical device manufacturing systems.
- Experience with modeling configurations including UDCD, Business Rules, User queries, and development in Designer and Portal studio (desirable).
