Your role
As a PLM Application Support Specialist, you will provide critical support coverage for Teamcenter PLM and custom PLM systems. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting users, and ensuring system stability and performance across the enterprise PLM environment. In this role you will play a key role in:
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Provide comprehensive L1/L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and custom PLM systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Deliver technical guidance to end-users on PLM system usage and best practices

System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and server performance to ensure optimal functionality. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. Support and maintain integrations with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise tools for seamless data flow

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global IT teams across different time zones to ensure 24x7 coverage. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Storage, and Network teams to resolve environment-related issues. Document solutions and share knowledge to improve overall support capabilities.

Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions. Maintain comprehensive support logs and contribute to knowledge bases. Participate in system enhancement initiatives to improve stability and performance
Your profile
- Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
- 2 years of hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent) in L2/L3 support roles, with strong understanding of PLM concepts and workflows.
- Working knowledge of .NET and Java-based applications, with experience in system monitoring, job scheduling, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database and ability to understand and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries for diagnostics and reporting.
- Understanding of enterprise integration scenarios, particularly involving CAD/ERP systems and PLM environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with users and cross-functional teams across global locations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
