Position: GDC Pre Sales and Solutioning
Location: Aguascalientes
What you’ll do?
The pre-sales solutions specialist is responsible for working closely SBUs and GBLs representatives to supporting sales process, providing technical expertise, GDC and Capgemini portfolio knowledge and ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, viable and aligned with the client's objectives and GDC capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Manage program strategy across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
- Ensure Technology programs align to account strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic goals.
- Support in Identification, engagement and plan and develop of existing and new internal accounts.
- Prepare / integrate and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Represent and foster company at conferences and trade associations.
- Offer monthly forecast reports determining revenue vs. goal forecasts and inform executive management on new regional new developments.
- Support in Selling to target accounts, identify prospects and create new ideas to generate new opportunities.
- Resolve issues and ensure highest level of quality service by coordinating with center staff and leadership team.
- Work together with the product and development teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the company's capabilities.
- Perform GDC and Capgemini presentations and demonstrations.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of proposed solutions and support Prime contractor with Oral presentations.
- Support bid manager in technical and commercial proposals preparation (GDC components)
- Collaborate in the preparation of responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Provide business, technical support to the sales team during the sales cycle.
- Manage demand and monthly BD KPIs.
Research and Development:
- To be up to date with market trends and new technologies that may influence the proposed solutions, as well as Capgemini portfolio.
- Identify potential new opportunities for continuous improvement in technical solutions and customer growth with EM/SDM support.
Customer Relations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers (Capgemini SBU, GBLs AEs and SDMs)
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process and transition to the implementation phase.
- Participate in meetings and calls with customers along with the sales team to address technical questions and objections.
- Coordinate client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contracts and work orders.
Education and experience:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer, Sciences, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field (STEM)
- Better if holds an MBA, digital transformation, or equivalent masters.
- Experience: pre-sales, business advisory and/or IT consulting roles
Know-how:
- Solid knowledge of technological solutions, including infrastructure, software, engineering networks, business process operations and security.
- Experience with pre-sales tools and methodologies, such as architecture diagrams, requirements analysis, and proposal development.
- Fluent English language is mandatory.
- Spanish will be highly appreciated.
Certifications (desirable any or some listed below)
- Any technical related to Capgemini portfolio, like SAP, ORACLE, AWS, AZURE, etc
- Any related to Account or Project Management like: PMP, ITIL, SCRUM,
- Any related to people/Account/architecture like: Connected Manager, Account Executive certification, presales, architecture.
