What you’ll do?

  • Project Management: Capture RFP/RFI requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to track and ensure timely delivery in response to client requirements, and proactively address and escalate issues to remove obstacles.
  • Content Analysis: Analyze RFP/RFI documents to capture client deliverables, evaluation criteria, and project scope.
  • Content Writing: Leverage our Industrialized Knowledge Warehouse (IKW) and other tools to address FAQs and standard questions posed in client RFP/RFIs.
  • Proposal Development: Coordinate with content/section owners to build well-structured, persuasive, and compliant proposals aligning with client needs and our capabilities that meet submission requirements and deadlines.
  • Knowledge Management: Collaborate with the TLC Knowledge Management team to help maintain an organized and up-to-date proposal library, including templates, boilerplate content, and case studies for future use.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Ensure all materials are error-free and adhere to Capgemini guidelines. (Optional)

As a Proposal Manager, you will work directly with Capgemini North America’s Go to Market / Presales team, Domain / Industry Specialists, and Executive Sales team to craft winning proposals and make a tangible impact on our company's growth and success.

  • Experience in successfully managing work against sometimes tight timelines, with a keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering error-free work.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different locations, grade levels, and business lines.
  • A resourceful, creative, problem-solving mindset and team spirit, with the ability to self-manage and the flexibility to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
  • Efficiency in task prioritization and deadline management, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A solid grasp of the English language with the ability to critically review content for completeness and responsiveness, as well as to edit content for readability. (Optional)

Technologies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The last two ratings should be “meet expectations” or above (not sure if we want to keep this)
  • Should not currently be on a Performance Improvement Plan
  • Eligible for IJ
