Production Support Lead - GDC

What you’ll do?

• Provide support, troubleshooting, modifications, enhancements and maintenance for existing B2Bi applications, scripts, tools and web services.
• Work with Integration Architect to constantly better processes and integration methods to provide state of the art integration solutions to customers.
• Create and Maintain system documentation
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain is plus
• Act as a  Lead for offshore developers

What you’ll bring:

• 2 + years of hands on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator
• Expert understanding of mapping EDI, XML, Flat File
• Expert understanding of EDI Transport protocols FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, Web Services
• Good experience with various EDI and NON-EDI formats like ANSI X12, XML, CSV, Flat files.
• Experienced in data integration
• Strong Problem solving and critical thinking skills •
• Programming experience: Java, SQL, XPATH, XSLT, Unix Shell script
• Good working knowledge of MQ
