What you’ll do?
- Advanced System Configuration: Leading the customization and configuration of the OneTrust platform to align with complex organizational requirements.
- Strategic Oversight: Developing and implementing long-term strategies for data privacy management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring and training junior administrators and users, fostering a culture of compliance and data protection within the organization.
- Data Governance: Ensuring robust data governance practices, overseeing data lifecycle management, and implementing effective data retention policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Staying informed about changes in data protection laws and ensuring the organization’s policies are aligned with these regulations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Creating and presenting comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting compliance metrics, risks, and improvement areas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with legal, IT, and business units to integrate privacy initiatives into overall business strategies.
- Project Management: Leading projects related to the implementation of new features, tools, and updates within OneTrust.
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with privacy standards and best practices.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience with OneTrust and data privacy compliance.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership and project management experience.
- This role typically requires a deep understanding of privacy practices, a proactive approach to compliance challenges, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the organization’s data protection posture
