What you’ll do?

  • Report findings and action plans for both technical forums and executive forums.
  • Develop robust and scalable reference architecture and technical security designs (“blueprints” and requirements), to be considered in networks, whether in cloud, on-premise environments or in convergence with industrial networks (OT).
  • Lead the design and incorporation of the principles of network segmentation and micro-segmentation, as well as “zero trust”, ensuring their integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Actively participate in the definition and validation of Cybersecurity controls and requirements in the company's network projects, for example those linked to Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN), Software Defined Perimeter (SDP) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). ).
  • Define capabilities and design controls for network protection such as firewalls (application and network), balancers, gateways, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IPS), network protection systems, software-based perimeters (SDP), VPNs, encryption in transit and at rest, network access control (NAC), monitoring tools, etc.
  • Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards) that can be used to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, development, IT, and other areas and business units to ensure network and cloud security solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Perform technical risk assessments and gap analysis in network security controls and architectures.
  • Collaborate with OT Cybersecurity areas to ensure the standardization of controls, especially those related to convergence between IT networks and industrial networks (OT).

 

What you’ll bring:

  • English fluent.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with at least 3 to 4 years in an architecture role, network security implementation.
  • Experience in design and implementation of secure network architectures.
  • Experience in implementing network protection and Cybersecurity tools.
  • Knowledge designing and reviewing cloud/network/infra architectures that support networks, e.g. balancers, containers, microservices, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security principles, frameworks and best practices.
  • Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, WAF, gateways, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IPS), VPNs, NAC, network monitoring, encryption.
  • Experience with business networks, both in local environments (on-premise) and in the cloud (cloud).
  • Knowledge of industrial networks (OT) is desirable.
