Business Analyst - Remote

YOUR ROLE

• Identifying and engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Utilizing data analysis techniques to interpret data trends and insights, supporting decision-making processes.
• Analyzing data and information to support informed decision-making processes.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives. 
• Leading workshops and meetings to gather input, foster collaboration, and drive consensus among stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles.
• Experience with Quick Service Restaurant / Retail industries.
• Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders & the development team.
• Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to gather their needs, document them, and prioritize what’s most important while ensuring the tech solutions align with business goals.
• Break down requirements into user stories and create organized backlogs.
• Collaboration with cross functional teams to implement solutions.
• Team up QA teams to validate acceptance criteria, assist in UAT testing, and verify that business requirements are fully met before product releases.
