YOUR ROLE
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment with software developers and domain experts
- Strong grasp of software engineering best practices for code quality and maintainability such as OOAD, SOLID principles, and automated testing
- Minimum of five years of experience developing, deploying, and supporting web-based applications including frontend, business logic, and data layers
- Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: C#/.NET (preferred), Python
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting applications on premise (Windows Server, IIS) and on Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP)
- Prior work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
- Prior work experience with large scale data management systems
- Experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies
- Experience participating in the user centered design process
- Extensive experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with modern web frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, ASP .NET MVC
- Good grasp of the REST architectural style and experience implementing REST APIs using ASP.NET Web API
- Solid grasp of Python syntax and core concepts
- Experience with popular Python frameworks (Dash, Flask)
- Experience building data models and data access layers against either SQL or NoSQL databases

YOUR ROLE:
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that exceed requirements and ensure seamless integration with other vehicle systems
- Transform high-level functional objectives into detailed technical requirements and cutting-edge solutions
- Evaluate and select optimal design concepts through comprehensive feasibility studies and trade-off analyses
- Develop, maintain and review Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR) for complex systems
- Master-level Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling using advanced features of industry tools (Catia/NX)
- Lead and coordinate high-level Product Development Team meetings with suppliers and OEM stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Expert-level CAD proficiency (NX, Teamcenter) with ability to optimize designs for manufacturing
• Advanced mechanical engineering fundamentals with demonstrated application to complex automotive systems
• Extensive experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR)
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of component design and system interfaces across multiple vehicle domains - Advanced knowledge of CAN/LIN bus architecture, circuit analysis, and automotive communication protocols
• Expert-level experience with tooling feasibility in injection molded plastics and advanced manufacturing processes
