Java L3 Support Engineer - Remote inside México

About The Role

You´ll participate in development and support projects for a top client in the Finance Industry using mainly Java, Spring and Microservices

Main Requirements
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in developing scalable, distributed systems.
  • Proven experience in L3 Production Support handling high-severity production incidents and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Familiar with support processes such as incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of GIT for version control.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Sybase for database troubleshooting, queries, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix-based environments for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC (Development, Testing, Release Management).
  • Deep understanding of release management best practices and configuration management.
  • Experience working with configuration management tools
  • Advanced English Communication
