About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Java L3 Support/Developer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expert-level support of production systems, resolving complex issues, and improving the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires a blend of Java development, system support, release management, and database troubleshooting in a dynamic setting. The position involves overseeing the full SDLC, from development through testing, release, and maintenance, with a focus on Unix, Sybase, Java frameworks (Spring, SpringBoot, Microservices), GIT, and SQL

  • Java Development: Expertise in Java, Spring, SpringBoot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Production Support: 5+ years of experience in L3 support for production systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Unix & Database Management: Hands-on experience with Unix-based environments and Sybase databases (including performance tuning and query optimization).
  • Version Control: Strong experience with GIT for version control and code management.
  • SDLC & Release Management: Proven track record in managing end-to-end SDLC and overseeing release management processes.
  • Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead incident resolution efforts, and work under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
