Junior Sourcing Engineer (Procurement Analyst)

We’re looking for a sourcing professional who’s passionate about supplier strategy, cost analysis, and cross-functional alignment. If you love solving complex problems and driving value, this is your moment.

You role: 

• Manage RFQ processes, supplier outreach, and business case execution.
• Align sourcing strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze cost structures, tariffs, and total landed cost impacts.
• Support supplier transitions and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and reporting with PMO.

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior sourcing experience with strong supplier relationship skills.
• Ability to learn the systems and tools used in the company: Oracle, MWS, Smartsheet, BI, Spotfire, etc. 
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data management tools.
• Clear, concise communication and analytical mindset.
• Project management skills with milestone tracking.
• Ability to calculate and articulate total landed cost and savings.
• English Proficiency.
