MES Expert - Remote

Experience:

• Minimum of 5years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with at least 2 years in an architecture role.
• Significant experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing sectors.
• Strong expertise in .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java for MES development and integration.
• Proven track record of managing AMS teams and handling complex SLA management with customers.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in MES architecture and design.
• Deep knowledge of production processes, quality management, shop floor control, and supply chain integration.
• Strong programming skills with .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration strategies between MES and ERP.
• Experience with cloud-based MES solutions or hybrid deployment architectures is a plus.

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience with advanced MES functionalities such as real-time production monitoring, traceability, and advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing trends.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
