iOs Tech Lead | Remoto en México

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior iOS Developer to Lead mobile platform initiatives and drive the development of high-quality, scalable mobile applications. This role is ideal for a passionate technologist with deep expertise in iOS development and a strong foundation in mobile architecture and team leadership.

YOUR ROLE: 

• Mobile Platform Expertise: Lead iOS development using Swift, ensuring adherence to mobile architecture standards and best practices.
• Feature Design & Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate scalable, high-performance features.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion clean, maintainable code through code reviews and enforcement of development standards.
• Automation Testing: Implement and promote automated testing strategies to ensure code reliability and minimize regressions.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Jira, Git, and GitHub Actions to streamline development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Release Management: Manage the mobile app release cycle, ensuring timely and smooth deployments.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor developers and testers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Requirement Analysis: Partner with Product Managers to refine requirements and align development with the product roadmap.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear technical insights to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making on features, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Technical Roadmap: Define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, continuously improving development processes and staying ahead of industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Proven experience in iOS development with Swift.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams.
