YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Engineer with a strong background in Tableau development and SQL querying. Your strengths - you are detail-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and thrive under tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and data visualization. You enjoy weaving together data to build a data narrative that drives action. You’re innovative, you have a passion for data analysis. On this team, you’ll be responsible for report design, development, implementation, support, and data analysis with exposures to various technology stacks and opportunities to hone your design chops.

  • Design, develop, support, and manage, Tableau reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot Tableau report issues and manage user access
  • Query data to answer business questions and to support investigations
  • Support peers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert in Tableau
  • Apply data visualization and Tableau development best practices
  • Timely delivery of reports and dashboards to executives and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other Engineers to develop table structure optimized for Tableau
  • Identify proper data structure to data visualization and report requirements
  • Engage with subject matter experts to develop metrics and key performance indicators

YOUR PROFILE

  • Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2)
  • 6+ years of professional experience relevant for the role
  • Strong Tableau development background (know how to use LODs and parameters, for example)
  • Experience with SQL for analysis and data investigation
  • Excellent analytical skills, curious about data
  • Ability to think creatively to identify solutions
  • Driven, hungry for opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Desire to learn and continue growing your technical skillset
  • Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Thorough, take detailed notes and capture correct information
