Daily Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Transfer specific activities, such as workflow initiation, legal checklist, P2P, supplier tech review, supplier transitions, SPMC, TLC analysis, etc
  • RFQs (data collections & package creation)
  • Business Case Development & Execution
  • Support PIP btw. materials team and supplier
  • Supplier outreach, selection & follow up
  • Strategy alignment with cross functional business partners
  • Analyze cost structures, tariff impacts, total landed cost impact/savings & supplier capabilities to support decision making
  • Maintain sourcing documentation and reporting in partnership with the PMO office
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, trade & internal sourcing requirements

 

Skillsets:

 

  • Ability to learn GE Healthcare systems and tools (Oracle, MWS, Smartsheet, BI, Spotfire, etc)
  • Clear & concise verbal and written communication
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Prior sourcing experience
  • Data management, Excel, & Power BI experience
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Project Management, especially tracking milestones & deliverables
  • Negotiations, analytical skills & problem solving
  • Able to clearly calculate and articulate total landed cost and savings/transfer impact
