Service Delivery Manager

What do you need to start?

  • Related experience in HR in a professional services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of people management and service delivery, including budget management
  • Client relationship management and high level of client focus
  • Process management and continuous improvements skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Transition and transformation experience desired

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • Project & change management skills
  • Impact & influencing skills


What duties will help you grow?

  • Delighting the client by ensuring that all deliverables, all deadlines and targets agreed are met according to Client’s  expectations 
  • Grow our client revenue by finding new opportunities to expand our scope of services
  • Build a strong and engaged team with the best talents
  • Be an ambassador for intelligent automation and find new ways to deliver efficiency and client value
  • Manage transitions and change management are delivered according to standard and methodology
